Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our expansion team in Bhutan. This role combines customer support, sales, and lead management. You will guide clients through the registration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead communication after initial automated bot interactions
- Verify client documents and coordinate approvals with the Security team
- Work with the technical team to support account creation and activation
- Convert leads into active users by guiding them through the deposit process (bank transfers, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and tracking spreadsheets
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Dzongkha
- 6+ months of experience in sales or telemarketing
- Strong sense of timing and communication in conversations
- Confident use of CRM systems and Google Sheets
- Experience using ChatGPT for scripts, communication, or translations is a plus
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Work Conditions & Compensation
- Salary: $400 - $600 + 20% commission per successful deal
- Schedule: Full-time, 5/2, 8-hour shifts, 12:00–20:00 Bhutan Time
- Training: 2-day intensive onboarding provided
