About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven outbound specialist who can identify and connect with US-based businesses and generate qualified leads for merchant services/payment processing. This role is focused on cold outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with the goal of setting appointments and creating real sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound cold calling to US-based businesses
• Prospect and reach out via LinkedIn and Facebook groups/pages
• Identify businesses currently using payment processors and paying high fees
• Generate and qualify leads for merchant services
• Set appointments/meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
• Consistently meet daily/weekly outreach and lead generation targets

Requirements
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in US outbound sales / cold calling
• Strong communication skills in English (neutral or American accent preferred)
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and social selling
• Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent with outreach
• Prior experience in merchant services / payment processing is a big plus
