Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Payments Production support to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients
Your future duties and responsibilities
- 10+ year experience
- Payment/Banking domain
- Payment Life Cycle, ISO20022
- Hands-on experience in at least one Payment Engine (e.g., GPP) -- (optional if we don’t find any, But added advantage if we get)
- Exposure to US Payment Schemes such as TCH-RTPS, FedWire, FedNow, CHIPS, and ACH
- Strong SQL/PLSQL, UNIX Shell Scripting
- Mongo DB, Kafka and OCP knowledge (Optional)
- Monitoring Tools – Dynatrace, logscale and Bigpanda
- Production support process knowledge (QA member fine if they are willing to work in production support)
- Service Now, change management process
