Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications - Collaborate with the development team to ensure the system design meets business needs - Assist in the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases - Facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to gather requirements - Identify and document business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement - Provide support during implementation and user acceptance testing - Create detailed process flows, data models, and other technical artifacts QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Confluence, JIRA) is a plus
