Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payday Recruiter located in Saraswati Vihar. The Payday Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet the company's recruitment needs. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining a candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, consulting with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to identify staffing requirements and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Knowledge of payroll processes and familiarity with payday operations (preferred)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the financial services or credit industry is a plus
