Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pay Per Call Sr Publisher Manager based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sr Publisher Manager will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing relationships with publishers in the Pay Per Call network. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new publishers, optimizing campaign performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, analyzing data for reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to drive client success.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Pay Per Call advertising, publisher management, and affiliate marketing
- Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used in digital marketing and performance analytics
- A proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and ability to adapt to a hybrid work model
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience with telecommunication campaigns like inbound calls is a plus
