UX Writer

Pax8 is looking for a UX Writer to join our growing team. As a UX Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly content for our product interfaces and digital experiences. You will work closely with our UX and product teams to ensure that our user experience is intuitive and delightful. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to create user-centric content for our digital products - Develop content strategies and write microcopy, UI text, and other user-facing content - Ensure content adheres to brand voice and style guidelines - Continuously optimize content based on user feedback and data insights - Contribute to the development of our content design system and knowledge base Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a UX writer, content designer, or similar role - Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail - Ability to translate complex information into simple, user-friendly language - Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Familiarity with user-centered design principles and content strategy best practices - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, communications, journalism)
