About the role
We are looking for a Founding Electrical Engineer to help develop our circuit design and system architecture.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
* Design and develop **high-reliability embedded control systems** for autonomous crack-sealing robots.
* Select, integrate, and optimize **sensors (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs, encoders, thermal sensors)**
* Develop **custom PCBs** for motor control, power management, and communication systems.
* Optimize **battery and power systems** for extended autonomous operation.
* Collaborate with the software team to test prototypes quickly
* Conduct rigorous **field testing and debugging** to ensure performance in real-world road conditions.
#### **Qualifications**
* Bachelor's or Master's in **Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics**.
* Experience in **PCB design (Altium, KiCad)** and embedded firmware development.
* Strong knowledge of **motor control, power electronics, and battery management**.
* Experience with **CAN bus, UART, SPI, and Ethernet communication**.
* Hands-on experience with **robotic systems or industrial automation** is a plus.
* Willingness to work on-site and test in real-world environments.
