</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><div>You’ll play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed correctly, completely, and on time by:<br><br>

<li> Maintaining accurate, real-time documentation across all project files </li>
<li> Tracking project progress, identifying gaps, and escalating issues appropriately </li>
<li> Coordinating schedules for teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materials </li>
<li> Communicating consistently with internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partners </li>
<li> Monitoring timelines and ensuring all phases meet company standards </li>
<li> Supporting cost tracking and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate </li>
<li> Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and insurance-related requirements </li>
<li> Following escalation protocols for delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns </li>
<li> Identifying inefficiencies and supporting continuous process improvement </li>
<li>Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours needs as assigned</li>

<li> A strong ability to follow structured processes and systems without cutting corners</li>
<li> High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy </li>
<li> Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and on track </li>
<li> Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders </li>
<li> Experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles (3+ years preferred) </li>
<li> Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment </li>
<li> Experience in restoration, construction, or similar industries is a plus </li>
