Train on such software as needed.</li> <li>Work closely with insured and interested parties to obtain agreement and close opportunity.</li> <li>Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards.</li> <li>Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements. </li> <li>Build and maintain business relationships with insurance adjusters, brokers, and TPA’s.</li> <li>Responsible for being the first contact for homeowners when participating in the on-call rotation.  </li> <li>Responsibility for adhering to the PDO Health & Safety Program.</li> <li>Meet Net Promoter Score of minimum monthly average of 70.</li> <li>Closing the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hours.</li> <li>All other duties as assigned</li> </ul><div><strong>Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li> <li>Knowledge of our main operating systems; RMS, Xactimate and Symbility </li> <li>Customer Service Skills </li> <li>Communication skills </li> <li>Typing skills </li> <li>Administration skills </li> <li>Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems</li> <li>Ability to create documents </li> <li>Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face  </li> <li>Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, phone system, computers) </li> <li>Ability to work independently </li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment and develop staff </li> <li>Ability to coordinate multiple jobs within the same time frame </li> <li>Ability to operate our main operating systems</li> <li>Stress Management and Composure </li> <li>Maintain a level of confidentiality </li> </ul><div><strong>Required Education and Experience:</strong></div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience </li> <li>Certification in Xactimate and Symbility software</li> </ul><div><strong>Preferred Education and Experience: </strong></div><ul> <li>HAAG Certified</li> <li>Industry certifications (IICRC and Lead) </li> </ul><div><strong>Physical Requirement</strong></div><ul> <li>Must be able to climb and scope roofs</li> <li>Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 80% of the time</li> <li>The person in this position needs to frequently move about a customer job site (indoors and outdoors) </li> <li>Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to service customer sites </li> <li>The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.</li> <li>Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.</li> <li>Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents </li> <li>Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face </li> <li>Occasionally will lift up to 50lbs</li> <li>Ability to safely operate a company vehicle  </li> </ul><div> <strong><u>Make an impact now</u></strong><strong>:</strong>  Since 1966, Paul Davis has been serving people in their time of need when facing disaster and having their worst day.
