Operations Process Engineer 1

The Operations Process Engineer will focus on developing and implementing process strategies to optimize workflows, enhance performance, and drive efficiencies in operations. Responsibilities: Dive deep into operational opportunities to design and implement scalable, effective solutions. Analyze data to identify key opportunities aligned with business objectives and implement actionable improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations Integration, Warehouse Operations, IT, RME and Transportation. Lead initiatives to enhance operational performance across multiple sites. Partner with stakeholders to document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop process maps. Design, test, launch and continuously improve processes for the global network. An innate curiosity to learn how things work followed by a bias for action to innovate. A strong ability to execute change. A high degree of ownership and ability to partner across multiple teams. Streamline manual processes to remove inefficiencies and reduce defect injection, enabling a seamless workflow. Consistently identify and implement improvements to processes that reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and elevate associate experience. Deliver actionable recommendations through detailed analysis and well-structured reporting mechanisms to guide informed decision-making. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, process enhancement, and scalability while maintaining a focus on sustainability and long-term impact.
