About the role
As a Select Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, account management, and cross-selling opportunities to our commercial lines clients. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a book of commercial lines client accounts
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to their insurance and risk management challenges
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements in a timely manner
- Deliver superior customer service and client satisfaction
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other teams to expand client relationships
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Provide regular account updates and reports to clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Insurance licenses (P&C) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
