About the role
As part of the Data, Analytics & Reporting team, the Support Analyst will provide support to end users with reports and data extracts. They will assist with basic project management tasks and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of support desk management, superior documentation skills and basic knowledge of data analysis.
Core Responsibilities
System Supports:
Monitor nightly data load jobs, resolve or escalate any issues
Monitor email and service ticket queues and provide initial responses
Handle routine requests, escalate to the appropriate team
Provide daily updates to users and follow up with the appropriate parties
Assist Service Desk Lead by preparing ticket reports
Project Management Support:
Gather the latest status and time updates daily
Follow up with appropriate parties
Assist Project Management Lead by preparing project reports
Documentation:
Create detailed documentation with screenshots for standardized processes
Take notes at team meetings, send out summaries to assist leads
Minimum Requirements - Education & Experience
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science or Statistics
Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in MS Office Suite
P&C insurance and consulting experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong documentation skills
Experience in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus preferred
Experience in Jira & SQL Server Management Studio a plus
Basic knowledge in Tableau preferred
