• Mentor a team of talented frontend engineers, fostering a culture of clean code, scalability, and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver beautiful and reliable interfaces.
• Drive decisions around design systems, component libraries, and performance optimizations.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously improving testing, tooling, and deployment workflows.

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
• Strong leadership skills, including mentorship, code reviews, and architectural vision
• Deep understanding of GraphQL, component-driven design, and scalable CSS systems
• Experience working in monorepo environments and leading design system adoption
• Solid background in frontend testing strategies and CI/CD practices
• A collaborative spirit—open to feedback, ideas, and evolving product requirements
Bonus Points For
• Previous experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments
• Contributions to open-source frontend tools or design systems
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and AWS infrastructure
• An eye for performance optimization and accessibility
