Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Support & Front Desk Executive, based in Gurugram. The role involves welcoming and assisting patients, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, calling potential leads, addressing inquiries via phone or in person, support awareness initiatives around women’s fertility health. The Executive will also maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient flow of information.
Since we operate in a startup environment, hence the candidate should be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities when required.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with patients and provide a positive experience
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication for managing calls and providing clear, empathetic information
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including appointment scheduling and maintaining patient records
- Detail-oriented and organized, with good time management abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, appointment scheduling software) is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare or fertility care environments is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
