We’re Hiring: Patient Relationship Executives (3 Positions)
At DHI, we are looking for confident, persuasive, and proactive professionals who can help guide enquiries towards taking the first step in their obesity and lifestyle transformation journey.
This role is ideal for individuals who are strong communicators, excellent at follow-ups, and understand how to build trust and confidence over conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient enquiries
- Follow up consistently with potential patients
- Schedule consultations and appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong follow-up mindset and ability to handle pressure
- Confident speaking over calls and handling objections
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
- Multilingual candidates preferred — Gujarati, Marathi, and Hindi are an added advantage
Strong Added Advantages
- Prior experience in call centers, telesales, counselling, recovery calling, insurance, or lead management roles
- Experience handling walk-in clients or customer enquiries
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, dental, dermatology, slimming, or lifestyle clinics is a plus
