We are looking for a highly professional and experienced IVF Patient Relationship Executive who understands the emotional journey of fertility patients and can confidently handle lead follow-ups, consultation coordination, and patient engagement.
This role is critical to our patient experience and consultation conversion process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle new IVF enquiry calls and lead follow-ups
- Coordinate consultations and hospital visits
- Maintain consistent patient communication via calls and WhatsApp
- Re-engage missed or inactive leads professionally
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up discipline
- Guide patients with empathy and clarity
- Coordinate with doctors, front-office and marketing teams
Requirements
- Prior experience in an IVF/Fertility hospital is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
- Professional follow-up and counselling ability
- Disciplined, punctual, and process-oriented
- Comfortable handling emotionally sensitive patient conversations
- Experience with CRM/patient management systems is an added advantage
