About the role
Software Developers are a fundamental part of the Patient Prism team. Each developer is deeply involved in building the core product and infrastructure, working collaboratively to scope, plan, and implement upcoming features.
For over 10 years, Patient Prism has been at the forefront of building AI-powered products and was one of the first companies to apply natural language processing (NLP) in healthcare. That early foundation continues to shape how we deliver value to our customers today.
Patient Prism is a comprehensive, end-to-end lead management and insights platform that unifies phone calls, text messages, forms, bookings, and other interactions into a single system. Our AI stack enables us to make informed predictions about the details and outcomes of these interactions and provide real-time insights into sales, marketing, and operations.
We're not looking for rockstars, zombies, or magicians. We're looking for motivated, creative, and resourceful developers who want to help build a product on the forefront of the industry. We recognize several levels of career progression for developers and tie compensation to those levels, reflecting both seniority and experience.
About Patient Prism
Patient Prism leverages natural language processing (AI) to provide valuable insights to optimize sales, marketing, and operations within the healthcare industry. Within 1 minute of a lead, our customers are equipped with actionable intelligence and training to follow up with unscheduled opportunities, increasing new patient revenue and lowering overall acquisition costs.
We offer competitive salaries and company-subsidized medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Patient Prism is an equal opportunity employer and seeks to increase diversity in the tech industry. We encourage applications from women, people of color, people with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ community, and other underrepresented groups.
