The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly empathetic, and organized Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional to start a career in healthcare operations and patient care. You will bridge the gap between our multidisciplinary specialists and our clients, ensuring a seamless and deeply supportive experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Patient Counseling & Onboarding: Warmly welcome new inquiries, conduct center tours, and gently explain how our holistic programs can support their unique health journey.
- Care Coordination: Schedule and coordinate sessions between clients and our diverse team of dietitians, therapists, yoga instructors, and rehab specialists.
- Clinic Operations Support: Assist in maintaining a calm, welcoming environment on the clinic floor and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Administrative Tasks: Help manage client records, track program progress, and oversee operational paperwork while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
Who You Are:
- You are a recent graduate (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Healthcare , Hospitality, Nutrition, Business, or a related field) or have 0–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or administration.
- High Emotional Intelligence: You have a naturally empathetic and mature demeanor, capable of communicating with individuals navigating sensitive life stages (pregnancy, menopause, cancer recovery).
- You are highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn scheduling and clinic management software.
- You possess excellent communication skills (fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is required).
- You are trainable, proactive, and have a genuine interest in holistic wellness and women’s health.
