Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented
Patient Experience Executive with a background in Pharmacy to enhance patient satisfaction and ensure seamless coordination of care. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and internal departments, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent patient experience throughout their hospital journey
- Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and pharmacy teams for smooth patient care
- Assist in medication-related queries and provide basic guidance as per protocols
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction scores and service quality
- Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support in patient counseling and discharge processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- ONLY MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATES
- 1-10 years of experience in hospital/healthcare setup (preferred)
- Strong and excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centric approach with empathy and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations and pharmacy practices
