Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Patient Counsellor. The Patient Counsellor will be responsible for conducting consultations, understanding patients’ health concerns, explaining treatment options, and creating personalized care plans. Duties include maintaining detailed patient records, providing consistent follow-up, and acting as a key point of contact for both patients and healthcare professionals. The role also involves ensuring patient satisfaction by addressing their healthcare needs and assisting with administrative tasks related to patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to effectively understand patient concerns and provide clear guidance.
- Ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a professional and approachable manner with patients.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining detailed records and managing patient information accurately and confidentially.
- Problem-solving abilities to address patient queries, provide practical solutions, and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Knowledge of healthcare services, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and patient support practices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software is preferred.
- A degree or relevant certification in healthcare assistance, counseling, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in a clinical or wellness environment is highly desirable.
