Job Summary:
We are looking for an empathetic and highly organized Patient Coordinator to join our Bangalore office team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between a completed sale and insurance dispatch, serving as a dedicated "buddy" to the patient throughout their insurance journey.
This is a dedicated calling and chat-based role. You will rely on phone calls and WhatsApp to guide patients, collect necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth handover to the insurance team.
The ideal candidate takes a patient-first approach, excels at remote communication, and is highly proficient in tracking data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remote Patient Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact for patients who have availed our services, interacting with them via phone calls and WhatsApp to ensure they feel supported.
- Tele-Document Collection: Systematically coordinate and collect all necessary medical and personal documents required for insurance claims through active follow-ups on calls and WhatsApp.
- Dispatch Management: Organize, verify, and seamlessly courier the collected documents from the office to the respective insurance companies.
- Data Tracking: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of patient conversations, document statuses, and claim progress using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Issue Resolution: Patiently address any queries or concerns the patient may have regarding the documentation or insurance timeline over the phone.
Requirements:
- Language Fluency: Must be highly fluent in Kannada and English to communicate comfortably and effectively with patients over the phone.
- Patient-First Mindset: High levels of empathy, patience, and excellent verbal communication skills to support patients remotely during stressful times.
- Technical Proficiency: Very strong hands-on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets, alongside a high comfort level using WhatsApp for professional communication.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple patient cases and document dispatches simultaneously without errors.
- Experience: Prior experience in tele-support, customer success, or remote documentation handling is highly preferred.
