Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Claim Executive to join our Gurgaon office. This role focuses heavily on patient interaction and ensuring that claims process smoothly without documentation roadblocks.
Your primary responsibility will be to call patients, systematically collect necessary medical and personal documents, and provide them with timely updates on their claim status.
The ideal candidate brings prior experience in patient coordination, possesses strong empathetic communication skills, and is highly fluent in essential regional languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Collection: Make outbound calls to patients to seamlessly coordinate and collect all required documents for their insurance claims.
- Claim Follow-Up: Track claims that are currently under process, follow up proactively, and ensure timely updates are provided to patients and relevant stakeholders.
- Patient Support: Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring that all patient queries regarding their documentation and claim progress are addressed professionally and empathetically.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all patient interactions, document collection statuses, and follow-ups.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to communicate claim progress and resolve any bottlenecks caused by missing information.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in patient coordination, tele-support, or customer service (prior calling experience in healthcare or insurance is a strong plus).
- Language Fluency: Must be fluentin Malayalam or Kannada (fluency in both regional languages is highly ideal).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a patient-first approach to handling conversations.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge, with a strong comfort level using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools for accurate data tracking.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple patient follow-ups simultaneously.
