Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator at our Chennai location. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, performing receptionist duties, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and the healthcare team. Additionally, the role involves providing patients with supportive and empathetic interactions, addressing inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven Phone Etiquette skills and proficiency in Appointment Scheduling
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as managing front desk operations and handling patient inquiries
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology and the ability to learn and apply it in daily tasks
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or relevant certification in healthcare or administration is a plus
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
