Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to engage with international patients professionally and empathetically
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties to manage patient schedules and handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology to ensure accurate communication and understanding of medical requirements
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle complex schedules and patient coordination seamlessly
- Proficiency in English and additional language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in medical tourism or international patient services is highly desirable
- Graduate degree or diploma in healthcare, hospitality, or a related field preferred
