Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Patient Care Specialist to join our team on-site in Delhi, India. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, communicating effectively with patients to answer inquiries and concerns, and assisting with patient assessments. The ideal candidate will ensure clarity in explaining medical information to patients, maintain accurate patient records, and collaborate with other health professionals. Upholding excellent patient service and contributing to a seamless clinical experience are key responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications
