Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator / Front desk

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator / CRM Executive to manage front desk operations, handle patient appointments, coordinate with doctors, and drive lead conversion through CRM.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Handling & Front Desk Management
· Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
· Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
· Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and appointment requests efficiently.
· Ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management
· Schedule consultations as per doctors’ availability.
· Manage rescheduling and cancellations of appointments.
· Send confirmations and reminders (Call/WhatsApp/Email).
· Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly appointment logs.
3. Lead Management & Conversion (CRM Handling)
· Call new leads and follow up with old leads generated from marketing campaigns.
· Nurture leads and converts them into consultations.
· Maintain CRM updates and daily follow-up trackers.
· Ensure no lead remains unattended.
· Achieve monthly appointment and conversion targets.
4. Treatment Plan Coordination
· Explain treatment plans, procedures, and pricing to patients.
· Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams.
· Ensure patient understanding and consent before procedures.
· Track treatment progress and case closure documentation.
5. Internal & Marketing Coordination
· Coordinate with doctors, billing, and internal teams for smooth patient journeys.
· Provide feedback to the marketing team on:
- Lead quality
- Conversion ratios
- Campaign performance
- Patient demographics
6. Billing & Administrative Support
· Assist in billing coordination and payment follow-ups.
· Maintain reports and documentation.
· Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
7. Patient Relationship & Retention
· Conduct post-treatment follow-ups.
· Address patient concerns and ensure satisfaction.
· Collect testimonials and encourage referrals.
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Management preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or CRM/front office role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
· Target-oriented with strong organizational skills.
