Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at our Bengaluru location. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, provide support in coordinating patient care, communicate with healthcare professionals, and ensure seamless patient experiences. The role will also involve providing education on medical procedures, maintaining records, and utilizing medical terminology effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with Appointment Scheduling and knowledge of Phone Etiquette
- Skills in Care Coordination and managing patient services
- Understanding of Medical Terminology and ability to apply it effectively
- Commitment to Patient Care and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative healthcare environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Any relevant certifications in healthcare administration or related fields are a plus
