Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, coordinating patient care, and providing a positive patient experience. The role includes maintaining effective communication with patients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a critical liaison between patients and the clinic to facilitate smooth and effective operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Care Coordination
- Strong Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology and healthcare processes
- Experience in providing top-quality Patient Care
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of scheduling software
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical administration is a plus
