Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator based in Chennai. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, assist with care coordination, support patient inquiries, and provide high-quality patient care. This role involves maintaining patient records, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, and using medical terminology to ensure accurate and effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and excellent Phone Etiquette
- Strong skills in Care Coordination, including managing patient transitions and communication
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology to ensure accurate documentation and communication
- Experience or skills in providing high-quality Patient Care and maintaining a patient-first approach
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting
- Any prior experience in the healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare administration or a related field is desirable
