Role Overview:
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) who manages patient interactions, ensures a smooth consultation journey, and supports clinic operations.
This is a fast-paced, on-ground role for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and handles responsibility without constant supervision.
Key Responsiblities :
- Guide patients through their consultation journey
- Act as a link between doctor and patient
- Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth patient onboarding and experience
- Support day-to-day clinic operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and patient-first approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensations and Timings :
- Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 per month
- Working Hours:10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Work Days:6 days a week
- Includes Saturday and Sunday
