Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will oversee care coordination, schedule appointments, manage patient communications, and provide support for both clinical and administrative tasks. Their responsibility will include ensuring that patients receive comprehensive, timely, and empathetic care in alignment with Allo Health's values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Patient Care skills to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients.
- Experience in Care Coordination to manage patient pathways and follow-ups effectively.
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide patient-centric care.
- Prior experience in healthcare services or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in healthcare, patient care, or related areas is preferred.
