Role Overview:
As a Patient Counsellor, you will guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring a smooth, informed, and positive experience while driving enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and packages
- Address queries and build trust with empathy
- Drive conversions and achieve sales targets
- Follow up with patients for retention and engagement
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams
- Maintain patient records and support billing processes
Requirements:
• HSC/Graduate
• Must know Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience in patient counseling, customer service, or related roles, with a focus on grooming
• Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care
• Software Efficiency
