Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for Patient Callers in the International Voice Process. Responsibilities include professionally handling international patient communications, managing appointment scheduling, providing assistance with inquiries, and updating patient information systems with accuracy. Patient callers will also help resolve patient concerns and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and fluency in English for handling international calls.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and empathy for addressing patient concerns professionally.
- Proficiency in using healthcare data systems to update patient information and manage records efficiently.
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills.
- Experience with revenue cycle management or healthcare customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, as required for international time zones.
- Ability to collaborate with a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
