We are hiring candidates with experience in US healthcare voice process for a front-end patient-facing role involving:

• Patient registration
• Appointment scheduling / rescheduling / cancellations
• Insurance eligibility and benefits verification
• Referral / prior authorization follow-up
• EMR / EHR updates
• Patient communication and coordination

This role is a strong fit for candidates from backgrounds such as:

Patient Access, Patient Registration, Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Verification, Eligibility Verification, Referral Coordination, Prior Authorization, Intake Coordination, Patient Calling, or Patient Services.

What we are looking for

• US healthcare voice process experience
• Good communication and patient handling skills
• Strong accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Ability to manage call volume and multitask
• Willingness to work from office in US shifts

• ECW / eClinicalWorks experience
• EMR / EHR exposure
• Immediate joiner
