What You’ll Do as a Weekend Residential DSP
As a Residential DSP, you’ll help adults in our Residential Homes enjoy meaningful weekends filled with routine, independence, and fun.
Your weekend might include:
- Supporting personal care needs (eating, bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Meal prep — or cooking together!
- Light housekeeping
- Medication administration & medical support
- Fun community outings, errands, activities, and day trips
- Encouraging confidence, life skills, and connection
This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others make the most of their days.

Requirements
What You’ll Need to Join the Team:
- High School Diploma or GED – required
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license – and keep it valid while employed
- 1 year of direct care experience – required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Up-to-date Criminal Background Checks (Don't worry we will help get these for you)
- Pre-Employment Physical & TB Test
