Training Specialist
Full-Time | $18–$21/hour (DOE)
At Pathways for Life, great training drives great care. We’re looking for a dynamic, engaging Training Specialist who can turn complex requirements into clear, practical learning experiences that prepare our caregivers and teams for success.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual trainings for caregivers and staff.
- Ensure all caregivers are trained, confident, and compliant with their training requirements.
- Build and maintain standardized training materials, SOP’s, and job aids.
- Track completion, competency, and training needs across locations.
- Identify gaps in training to proactively improve programs.
- Reinforce key areas like EVV compliance, documentation standards, and service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in training, onboarding, or staff development (healthcare preferred)
- Experience leading group trainings or facilitation 1:1 sessions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to teach, engage, and adapt to your audience.
- Organized and able to manage multiple training schedules, training courses, and priorities.
- Comfortable working across teams and all Pathways for Life valley
- Must have or be able to obtain DDD Trainer Certifications for Article 9, CPR/First Aid, Abuse & Neglect, PBS, and PROUD.
- Experience with DDD, ALTCS or regulatory environments preferred.
- Must have a valid AZ Drivers License, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and maintain vehicle insurance.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)
