Role Description
We are hiring Pathways Coordinators for Pratham N.E.X.T Career Centres in Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Hubballi. The role focuses on supporting youth employability, post-placement retention, employer engagement, and career progression initiatives.
Responsibilities include coordinating with employers and placement teams, supporting placed candidates through regular follow-ups, maintaining records and MIS reporting, conducting engagement activities, and guiding candidates toward career growth and upskilling opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications
• Experience in placements, employability, youth engagement, or workforce development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with employers, candidates, and stakeholders effectively
• Good documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and digital tools
• Fluency in Kannada and English preferred
