Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Pathology Lab Manager. The Pathology Lab Manager will oversee daily operations of the laboratory, ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards, manage laboratory personnel, and coordinate pathology reporting. The manager will also be responsible for equipment maintenance, inventory management, and fostering a safe and efficient working environment. Collaborating with healthcare teams and ensuring timely delivery of accurate diagnostic results are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing laboratory staff and operations.
- Proficiency in quality control practices, compliance with laboratory standards, and implementing safety protocols.
- Technical expertise in pathology, laboratory equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Pathology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Hands-on experience in managing diagnostic or pathology laboratories.
- Commitment to maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and patient-centric care in all aspects of laboratory management.
