Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Patent Professional. The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications and providing strategic IP advice. The Patent Professional will work closely with US attorneys. The role also includes managing patent portfolios, supporting patent searches, and patent related knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in US Patent Drafting or US Patent Prosecution.
- Experience of 2-5 yrs in patents.
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property and Patent Laws especially in US jurisdiction.
- Strong English Communication and Interaction skills to communicate with US attorneys.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor's or master's or advanced degree in Engineering, and/or Science in Electronics Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical or related technology.
