Role Description
To search, amend design, develop and assist R&D team of MKU Limited in searching, filing and preparation of Invention Disclosure form for relevant inventions. To have knowledge of Patents Act and Designs Act for filing various forms in IP portal. To be able to operate Patent portal, design application portal on the IP India website for relevant searches, downloading of documents and other forms from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Asking day to day progress on the patent filed.
- New Patent filing documentation and progress.
- Assisting technical team with all IP related queries and assisting them in developing a new unique product.
- Preparation of technical documents and comparisons of various patents with technical team.
- Comparison of Claims of different patents and International Search report generation.
- Filing Invention Disclosure Form with the technical Team.
- Preparation of various PPTs with technical team for understanding of the Patent firm for filing the patent.
- Getting approval from Technical Director for filing of patent and name of inventors
- Travelling for Patent purpose
- Preparation related to IPR & Patent cases
- Visiting and meeting lawyers for the cases
