Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Bengaluru. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining consistency and excellence in flavor and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include food preparation, recipe development, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the team to create innovative pastry products. The chef will also ensure that ingredients and equipment are properly handled and that production processes meet quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Bakery and Baking skills to consistently produce high-quality baked goods and pastries
- Food Preparation and Cooking expertise to create delicious and visually appealing desserts
- Culinary Skills with attention to detail, creativity, and excellent techniques in pastry-making
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Passion for innovation and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in premium or high-end culinary establishments is a plus
- Culinary Arts certification or equivalent professional training is preferred
