Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Ahmedabad. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for crafting a variety of high-quality baked goods, desserts, and pastries. Daily responsibilities include preparing and baking breads, cakes, and other confections, managing food inventory, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and adhering to established food safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen team to introduce creative and innovative menu offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques, including knowledge of ingredients and processes for creating a wide array of desserts and pastries.
- Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.
- Excellent grasp of Culinary Skills, including creativity in recipe development and precision in presentation.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and adherence to food safety standards.
- Relevant experience or certification from a recognized culinary/baking institution is preferred.
- A positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and a passion for crafting exceptional products.
