Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Pastry Chef at All That Bakes, located in Jamshedpur. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods that align with the cafe's French patisserie theme. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and managing inventory for baking supplies. The candidate will also be expected to experiment with new recipes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the menu.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation techniques
- Strong expertise in Cooking and Culinary Skills, particularly in desserts and pastries
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also developing new and creative baking concepts
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous experience in French patisserie or a similar setting is preferred
- A relevant culinary degree or certification is an advantage
