Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Passenger Service Agent based in Kochi. The Passenger Service Agent will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in processes, boarding procedures, and flight-related inquiries. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, addressing passenger needs, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth airport operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Passenger Services, including assisting with check-in and boarding
- Understanding of flight operations and related procedures
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address passenger needs and queries
- Strong Communication skills for interaction with passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment with attention to detail
- Prior experience in airport or airline operations is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic work schedule
