Position: Pass Coordinator - Security Clearances & Compliance

Locations Available: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai Department: Operations & Compliance Reports to: Operations Manager/Security & Compliance Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pass Coordinator to manage all security pass applications, renewals, and compliance documentation for our corporate interior fit-out projects. This role is critical for ensuring seamless project execution by maintaining valid security clearances for all personnel working on client sites, particularly in high-security environments including airports and corporate facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Document Collection & Verification

· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to collect and verify documents required for PVC (Personnel Verification Certificate) applications

· Gather and validate documentation for CLT (Construction License Temporary), TAEP (Temporary Airport Entry Permit), and AEP (Airport Entry Pass) applications

· Ensure all submitted documents meet BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) and client-specific requirements

· Maintain digital and physical document repositories with proper version control

Pass Application Management

· Prepare and organize comprehensive documentation packages for PVC and CLT/TAEP/AEP submissions

· Apply for CLT/TAEP/AEP passes within required timelines to avoid project delays

· Ensure continuous follow-up with Pass Office and relevant teams to obtain approvals promptly

· Track application status and provide regular updates to project teams and management
