Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pass Coordinator, located at the Bengaluru office. The Pass Coordinator will manage and oversee the issuance and control of security passes for employees, vendors, and visitors. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate logs, coordinating with the facilities and security teams, ensuring compliance with company security protocols, and assisting with audits on pass usage. The role requires interfacing with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless access management processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in access management systems and the ability to monitor and manage data logs effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and process-oriented thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve access-related discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Knowledge of security and compliance guidelines to ensure adherence to company protocols and policies.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Previous experience in facilities, security administration, or relevant roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations, administration, or a related field is advantageous.
