Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pass Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore for a full-time, on-site role. The Pass Coordinator will be responsible for daily coordination of workplace access and entry passes, ensuring compliance with company procedures and protocols. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients and internal teams, managing pass issuance and records, coordinating with security departments, and addressing any queries related to access permissions. The role will require the candidate to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and maintain excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation
Coordinate site entry passes and approvals
Maintain records, data, and reports
Follow up with internal teams and vendors
