𝐀𝐜𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐏𝐯𝐭 𝐋𝐭𝐝
We are looking for a Pass Coordinator to manage security passes and compliance for interior fit-out projects. This is a site-based role, and candidates should be comfortable working at project sites.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Collect and verify documents from vendors and teams
• Apply and track security passes on time
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with BCAS rules
• Coordinate regularly with site teams for pass requirements
• Work closely with Pass Office and client security teams
• Provide updates on pass status and renewals
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Any graduate (Freshers can also apply)
• Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills

• This is a site-based role and requires working at project locations
• May involve travel to different sites
• Based in Bangalore
