Overview of Responsibilities
This position is responsible for monitoring day-to-day regulatory activities and ensuring that the online iGaming and online Sportsbook platform operations are compliant with the requirements of relevant state regulations, directives from state regulatory agencies, and the obligations in a particular state as it relates to responsible gaming.
Essential Job Duties
Responsible for managing the creation and implementation of processes and procedures related to Responsible Gaming as dictated by the regulatory requirements of each jurisdiction we operate within.
Liaison with platform provider’s Compliance team.
Interact with regulators and serve as a point of contact for responsible gaming matters.
Ensures adherence with Corporate-mandated compliance programs.
Collaborate with internal team members within various departments & ensure all relevant KPIs are achieved.
Responsible for Weekly & Monthly compliance related reports.
Stay up to date with new state-specific regulations. Communicate new regulations to the affected Stakeholders/departments.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. 2+ years of relevant experience in online Casino/Sports Wagering experience preferred.
2. Responsible Gaming experience preferred.
3. Experience in reviewing, researching and interpreting regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. College Degree preferred.
6. Strong Attention to detail and analytical mind.
7. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
8. Proficient Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
9. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
